Welcome!

It's hard to believe that my gaming journey began over 30 years ago. Just typing that sentence made my back hurt. Honestly, it's beyond incredible to see how the gaming landscape has evolved since that fateful day I first held a controller in my hand. Virtual reality is really starting to gain ground, PlayStation is on its fifth home console and the games I grew up playing are so retro, my smart phone laughs in gigabytes when I remember having to blow on the cartridges to make them work again. (You'll never convince me that didn't work either!)

Now you might be saying to yourself, "We get it, Prowler. You're old. Let's get to the point already." And I totally get and respect that. I just want to set expectations going forward that you understand my point of view when I bring up the good old days or why I don't understand what rizz or skibidi toilet is. (Seriously, what the heck is with trends these days?) The point of this website and blog is to either share my experiences, my thoughts, my reviews or whatever gaming things pop into my head going forward. My hope is to create a space for other gamers or video game enthusiasts to join me here and we can have open, honest and above all CIVIL conversations with each other. Or if you prefer to just sit back and read away, you do you. Please know I already appreciate you more than you can imagine just because you're here.
